Our brand-new Airtable integration allows you to use your Airtable bases as a data source in your Frontly app!

Note: This integration is currently in Beta mode, meaning we're still actively working on it and could be prone to bugs or changes. We appreciate you using it to help us test the new integration!

Setup

The setup for Airtable very simple. Once you've logged in, click into the 'Data Sources' tab > Click 'Account Connections' > Click 'Connect to Airtable'.

You'll be brought to an OAuth consent screen where you can decide on your Airtable bases and workspaces you'd like to include into Frontly. That's it!

Unsupported Features with Airtable (for now)

Current features that are not supported:

Chart and Stat Blocks - Because Airtable limits the results per page, we are unable to show charts and stats considering they would have potentially incomplete data. We are looking into ways to work around this, but for now these blocks will not work as expected. They may work, but the data within them will be limited to the data in the specific query.

Relational Data - Currently relational data is not implemented. We are working on this.

Auto-Detecting Field Types - It's not implemented yet, but we should be able to add the ability to auto-detect the type of field based on the configuration within Airtable, auto-populating dropdown options and handling lists correctly. This will be coming soon.

Airtable is just one of three data source integration options available to Frontly. Follow the links below to learn how to set up the remaining others!
